It is common that what many people feel is the disparity between the British pub and the American rendition of the British pub is the quality of the food and the environment. The seafood classics one would order at a pub in England, such as fish and chips, just aren’t as consistently good in the United States. Therefore, the need for a proper seafood restaurant that pays homage to its British roots.
Solution:
Off the Hook is exactly this. With a name that pulls you in and implies it is time to be freed from your worries of the day and just relax, this restaurant attracts an audience with a sense of humor and taste for quality seafood.
Advertising Strategy:
This suite of ads promoting Off the Hook utilizes satirical imagery and slang British phases to captivate the audience through humor and visual oddities. The copy aims to hook you in by playing off of common phrases and reminding you of the authenticity of British cuisine you will receive when visiting the restaurant.
